JOB SUMMARY:The Executive Director, Focused Innovation & Product Development, Post Acute, is responsible for providing business unit (BU) direction and guidance involving new product development opportunities that meet current and evolving customer requirements on a global or multinational basis. This includes: leading the design and development of new product initiatives, managing execution performance, and monitoring the ongoing competitiveness of existing products, which are specifically designed to provide a distinctive global competitive advantage to the BU and to HRC.
